Real Projects. Real Results.
Here's a look at some of the work we've done for businesses across South Wales and Mid Wales — the problems they brought to us, what we built, and what happened after launch.
From zero web presence to fully booked
A family-run glamping and outdoor accommodation business in Mid Wales had been operating entirely on word of mouth for several years. They had no website, no Google presence, and were missing out on the wave of people searching for rural escapes in Wales — a market that exploded after 2020 and hasn't stopped since.
They came to us wanting something simple and beautiful — a site that would make people want to book before they'd finished reading the first page.
What we built
We designed a full brochure site with an integrated booking enquiry system, gallery, and guest information pages. The copy was written to attract visitors searching for glamping in Mid Wales, Brecon Beacons breaks, and off-grid weekends in Wales. We set up their Google Business Profile from scratch and optimised every page for local and tourism search terms.
The site launched mobile-first — because the vast majority of leisure bookings start on a phone — with fast-loading images, clear calls to action, and a booking enquiry form that fed directly into their inbox.
The outcome
Within three months of launch, they were appearing on page one of Google for several key search terms, including "glamping Mid Wales" and "luxury camping Brecon." Enquiries went from a handful of calls per week to a steady stream of online bookings. By the end of their first full season after launch, they were booked out six weeks in advance.
Results
- 3× increase in weekly enquiries within 90 days
- P1 Google ranking for target Mid Wales search terms
- 6 wks advance bookings by end of first season

A trades business that was invisible on Google — now generating leads daily
An established electrical contractor in South Wales had been in business for over a decade, with an excellent reputation built entirely on referrals. Their website was built in 2013, loaded slowly on mobile, and wasn't ranking for a single relevant search term. They were watching newer, less experienced competitors take the first page of Google.
Their ask was straightforward: fix it. More enquiries, less reliance on word of mouth.
What we built
We rebuilt the site from the ground up — fast, modern, and structured around the search terms their customers were actually using. We created individual service pages for domestic, commercial, and EV charger installation work, each optimised for local searches across their operating area. Google Business Profile was cleaned up, citations were built across relevant directories, and we added schema markup to help Google understand their services and coverage.
We also simplified the enquiry process. Their old site buried the contact details — the new one puts a phone number and quote request form front and centre on every page.
The outcome
Within four months, they were ranking on page one for their primary services in multiple South Wales towns. Monthly organic visitors went from under 50 to over 600. More importantly, they went from one or two online enquiries per month to several per week — a consistent, predictable source of new work without spending anything on paid advertising.
Results
- 12× increase in organic website visitors
- P1 rankings across multiple service + location terms
- £0 ad spend — all growth from organic search

Taking a local shop online — and making it work
A specialist outdoor and country sports retailer in South Wales had a loyal local customer base but knew they were leaving money on the table by not selling online. They'd looked at off-the-shelf e-commerce platforms but found them either too complicated to manage or too limited to handle their varied product range — from clothing and footwear to equipment requiring specific variants and sizing.
They wanted something they could actually manage themselves, day to day, without needing to call a developer every time a product changed.
What we built
We built a WooCommerce store around their existing stock structure — custom product categories, size and variant management, and a checkout process designed specifically for mobile users. We integrated their preferred payment processors and built in automated stock notifications so they'd never oversell. The admin interface was kept clean and straightforward, and we spent time training the team before handover.
On the SEO side, every product category page was built to rank for the relevant search terms — not just generic ones, but the specific branded and type searches their customers were using.
The outcome
The store launched on time and within budget. In the first six months, online sales accounted for 30% of total revenue — a number that has grown steadily since. The team manage it confidently without outside help. Stock-outs have reduced significantly since implementing the automated notifications, and the average order value online is higher than in-store.
Results
- 30% of total revenue from online sales within 6 months
- ↑ AOV higher average order value online vs in-store
- Self-run team fully independent — no ongoing developer reliance
